Shipping Information

We ship worldwide. Our products are sent directly from our partner warehouses, so delivery times depend on the product and where you live.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Some items, such as our grooming combs, can take up to 7 to 10 business days to be processed.

Delivery time

Most products: about 8 to 14 business days after dispatch
Some items and destinations: up to 15 to 30 business days, especially for international orders

Items in the same order may arrive separately, in different packages and on different days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is $4.99 on orders under $50 and free on orders of $50 or more. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by local authorities. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Some warehouses cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
