How long does delivery take?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is $4.99 on orders under $50 and free on orders of $50 or more.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will get an email with tracking once your order ships.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it if it is unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns and Refunds page.
How do I choose the right size for my cat?
Check the size guide in each product description. If your cat is between two sizes, we recommend the larger size for beds and measure your cat's chest before ordering a harness.
Is it safe to leave my cat alone with the toy or the harness?
No. Always supervise your cat with toys, harnesses and any small parts.
