Returns and Refunds

We want you and your cat to be happy with your purchase.

Right to return

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it if it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at purrfectplaysupport@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

Items that arrive damaged, faulty or wrong

If your order arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will offer a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, grooming products and pet beds that have been used cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
